Martha is the well known singer of Motown's Martha and the Vandellas. With such hits as
"Come and Get These Memories," "Heat Wave," "Quicksand," "In My Lonely Room,"
"Nowhere to Run," "My Baby Loves Me," "Love Makes Me Do Foolish Things," "I'm Ready For Love,"
"Jimmy Mack," and "Dancing in the Street". She has thrilled crowds for many years and received
several prestigious awards.

After serving on the Detroit City Council from 2005 to 2009, she returned to full-time performing with nearly 50 shows in 2010, including a major tour of Australia. Martha appeared at several festivals in England during the summer of 2010, and for her performances was nominated for two UK Festival Awards, as "Best Headliner" and "Feel Good Act of the Summer."
